At WYNNGS, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Gift cards, digital downloads, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Contact our support team at support@wynngs.shop with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond 24–48 hours.
Refunds
After we receive and review your returned item, you will be notified by email of our decision. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Payments processed through Shopify Payments are subject to standard bank processing times and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
Should your refund not appear within 5–7 business days, we recommend checking with your bank before contacting us at support@wynngs.shop. Processing times can vary by institution.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please email support@wynngs.shop with your order number and photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance for shipments over $100. WYNNGS is not responsible for items lost in transit.
